1. Service provider

GraphLens is operated by BK Automatisering B.V., registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK: 60911522), VAT NL854116357B01, Maneschijn 48, 6846 DW Arnhem, Netherlands.

2. Beta service

GraphLens is currently offered as a closed beta. Access is by invitation only. The service is provided as is during the beta period. BK Automatisering B.V. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of the service

You may only use GraphLens to visualise Microsoft Intune environments for which you have authorisation. You are responsible for ensuring that all Azure tenant credentials used with GraphLens belong to organisations you are authorised to manage.

GraphLens is a read-only tool. It does not write, modify, or delete any data in your Azure environment.

4. Intellectual property

All software, designs, and content within GraphLens are the property of BK Automatisering B.V. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

5. Liability

During the beta period, BK Automatisering B.V. accepts no liability for data loss, service interruption, or any other damages arising from the use of GraphLens. Use of the beta service is entirely at your own risk.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
